not a silly message sorry but i honestly feel the "i ship these things bcus i'm traumatized" thing so hard and i'm trying to stay in some space of denial. hopefully you have a good support system and feel more secure in your trauma and stuff someday, best wishes. sadly i don't have any coping mechanisms to share.. also.
